First came their proposal, then their Downtown Houston Engagement pictures, next month comes their wedding!
With their wedding at University of St. Thomas chapel and reception at Downtown Houston’s Crystal Ballroom at the Rice, we had to include both spots! We started off on the balcony of the Crystal ballroom, then took photos around and ended up at their Alma Mater. If you scroll to the end, the bench they’re sitting on is the exact bench where they met outside of the school library and started chatting. He asked her out on the parking garage roof we used in their proposal photos and it all will come full circle when they get married in the chapel. The Catholic chapel is a special place for both of them as well and is only allowed to be used by university attendees.
I think the location of Downtown Houston engagement pictures is so often an overlooked location! Nature and fields are of course popular, but there’s easy ways to get both looks in Houston. The best part about downtown photo shoots is the ability to wear whatever shoes you want since heels and fields aren’t the best option (hey I rhymed!)
These two are the sweetest and can’t wait for their big day!
