Chateau Cocomar is like a dream come true! Bridal portraits inside this French chateau nestled into north Houston is jaw dropping and can be rented out for bridal sessions. I was super excited when Paulita chose the venue for hers... see for yourself what a fairy tale the Chateau is like!
Finally! It's your senior year in high school. Or maybe it’s your son’s or daughter’s final year in high school before they head off to college. Everyone has the obligatory and boring cap and gown portrait for their high school yearbook, but it doesn't represent a senior’s individual sense of style and their personality. That's exactly what I will capture... YOU. And all while having tons of fun with it.
A Texas bluebonnet engagement session with more wildflowers and large oak trees? Yes please! I was pretty thrilled when Brittany suggested doing a session in the flowers but of course, timing is the most important thing with the 2 week flowering window. After having a weird non-winter and warm February in totally unpredictable Texas style, this day in March was freezing. It was the one day that was windy and cold the whole month but thankfully the quilt came in good use to keep them warm. The light looked amazing and the bluebonnets were really blooming in Brenham.
This Houston family photography session ended up being the prettiest with the cute family and the winter light at Hermann Park right before the holidays. Of course this winter has been a super mild one since I moved back to Texas and it was mid-70's for these pictures in December.
Christmas is only a couple more days away! This holiday family portrait session was shot earlier in the fall while I was still in Las Vegas as my last scheduled shoot there for 2015. Bittersweet!
